The Versatility of a World of WarCraft Warlock

Created by Blizzard, World of WarCraft is now one of the most popular titles of all time in a variety of ways. With nine million subscribers, it is the most popular massively multiplayer online game (MMO), it is the most popular subscription based game, and it's more popular than most of the other MMOs combined. In the game, there are nine different classes, and to ensure that you find your place amongst nine million other players, you'll want to choose the class that best fits your playing style. If you like an overall strong character that is versatile, a World of WarCraft warlock is the class to pick.

Versatility

The World of WarCraft warlock has many different powers and abilities which make it one of the most versatile classes in the game. As a warlock, you can easily deal lots of damage, protect your allies, and summon monster allies to help you. Because of their versatile skills, World of WarCraft Warlock skills can fulfill a variety of rolls and are thought to be one of the most “soloable” classes, meaning that they are the easiest to play by yourself without other players helping you out in certain areas.

Another benefit that warlocks in World of WarCraft enjoy is a trinity of abilities which complement one another very well. These basically allow warlocks to focus on one of the three strengths of their skills or use all for a truly powerful combination. World of WarCraft warlocks can choose to primarily deal damage to bring down enemies quickly or use different skills to stay alive in times of peril, making them a dangerous enemy on the battlefield and difficult to defeat one on one.

However, World of WarCraft warlocks are not considered too powerful (in which case Blizzard would actually change how well they perform to be in line with the other classes). Other classes might be able to deal more damage or help keep allies alive better, but no other class manages to combine both primary skills together quite so well.

If you're looking for a balanced, well rounded, and versatile class in World of WarCraft, then a warlock is probably the right class for you. Although the warlock isn't really designed for pure damage dealing or being able to survive, its abilities in each of these areas is more than satisfactory. If you choose a warlock, then you'll be able to fulfill a variety of roles, and many people enjoy this benefit because battles can swing multiple ways and it's important to be able to adapt, and no class can adapt better than a warlock in World of WarCraft.
